Why Colorado Leads the Nation In Election Security and Efficacy, with Secretary of State Jena Griswold at the Helm

Last year, Donald Trump nominated a woman named Judy Shelton to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the all-important Federal Reserve.

Shelton supports a return to the Gold Standard, a very controversial position, and it seems that her nomination is going nowhere in McConnellWorld (https://www.aier.org/article/judy-shelton-is-right-about-the-gold-standard/ and https://www.latimes.com/opinion/story/2020-07-31/judy-shelton-nomination, and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold_standard and, also, The GoldStandardNow.Org.

We here at AP know very little about Economics, but what we know for an absolute certainty is that Colorado has achieved the absolute gold standard in terms of the safety and efficacy of its system for electing candidates for public office. Namely, Mail-in-Voting, which is now the bete noire among Republicans because of Donald Trump’s baseless attacks on the integrity of mail-in voting.

The Centennial State’s Secretary of State, Democrat Jena Griswold, has received considerable praise for how she handled the recent presidential election. Sensibly, Colorado is a Mail-in Voting State.

At the age of 36, Griswold is a true Rising Star in the Democratic Party. Colorado has never had a woman Governor or a woman representing us in the U S Senate. Griswold will surely be re-elected in 2022 and then we here at AP fully expect to support her when and if she runs for Governor or U S Senator, as those opportunities present themselves.

Associate solitary reporter Sheila Kenwood, a proud resident of Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, is a strong supporter of Griswold; your solitary reporter did a funder for Griswold when she ran for Secretary of State in 2018, as well as another funder for now Congressman Joe Neguse when he ran for Secretary of Statea in 2014.
