What Trump Wants for Puerto Rico; Who's Unlikely to Oppose Trump in the General; Packers Win at Lambeau

The Island Territory that Donald Trump doesn’t care for has been suffering very recently from major earthquakes.

As usual, what Trump doesn’t understand is that on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, if not before, he, as well as we, will greatly benefit from a political earthquake, provided that enough sensible people of good will get busy, stand up if they can, get off their posteriors anyway, and get out the vote for whomever is nominated by the Democratic Party to defeat him.

Trump will benefit because once he retires permanently to Mar-a-Lago, the chances for a measure of improvement in his behavioral health will be much greater.

His very worthy opponent in the general election could well be thrice-elected, statewide, Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, a brilliant and successful attorney and an even more successful United States Senator.

Could be someone else.

Won’t be the Duchess of Sussex, or her lucky husband, Prince Harry. As of press time, they have not applied for American citizenship.

Won’t be Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, ‘cause lots of faithful Iranians in Teheran and elsewhere would prefer, right now, that he leave, after his government admitted that it shot down a Ukrainian Airlines aircraft (https://www.politico.com/news/2020/01/12/iran-protest-plane-shootdown-097997).

The Supreme Leader is 80, which is older than any of our presidential candidates (though not by much).

And it won’t be Iran’s sole female Olympic medalist, Kimia Alizadeh, ‘cause she’s in Europe now after suffering greatly under that authoritarian country’s minders (https://www.cnn.com/2020/01/12/middleeast/iran-kimia-alizadeh-defects/index.html).

Won’t be Trump’s close personal friend Tom Brady, ‘cause his New England Patriots, they’re not goin’ nowhere this year in the NFL.

Won’t be 31-year old Russell Wilson, QB for the Seattle Seahawks, as his team could not overcome the older, more experienced Aaron Rodgers at Lambeau Field today, as the Seahawks lost, 23-28.

We reached associate solitary reporter Johanna Jones just now, to ask her what Trump’s plans for Puerto Rico are.

Jones told us that Trump is, as always, intent on slamming Nancy Pelosi as hard as he can, only he’s bound to come up short, just as the Seahawks did today.

Trump also told ASR Jones that Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro is welcome to have Puerto Rico anytime he wants.
