Trump Orders Acting Homeland Security Secretary to Build Physical Wall Around White House to Counter Impeachment Probe

The dark cloud of impeachment hangs over Donald Trump, and he has reacted with increasingly loathsome invective against those Democrats in the House who are pushing for it.

The House Intelligence Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee are diligently investigating Trump’s July 25 demand of his Ukrainian counterpart to provide him with dirt about Joe Biden in return for badly needed military aid.

Requests for relevant documents are being stonewalled by Trump & Company, and subpoenas will be arriving at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue tomorrow.

Associate solitary reporter Johanna Jones is deeply embedded in the White House, and she was in the Oval Office early this morning as Trump met with Acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan and Acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney.

Neither McAleenan nor Mulvaney had anything to say.

Instead, they cheerfully listened to every expletive Trump used to condemn House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff, and House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Eliot Engel.

“Kevin, go down to the border and kneecap everybody who’s trying to come into my country, and then pick up every piece of steel, every physical barrier you got down there, even the stuff that’s already in place, and put it around my White House. Nobody gets to come in here without my express permission, and every piece of paper, every email that leaves from here, has to be approved by me only.”

McAleenan and Mulvaney saluted our Obstructionist-in-Chief and left to carry out Trump’s bidding. McAleenan didn’t even ask Trump for permission to kiss his wife and two daughters goodbye.
