Why Trump Has Been Silent So Far On Arrest of White Nationalist Coast Guard Officer

Yesterday, one of America’s potential leading domestic terrorists was arraigned in federal court in Baltimore.

His name is Christopher Hasson, and he is a Lieutenant in our Coast Guard, and he is a fervent white nationalist. He’s 49, and federal authorities say he was planning a widespread murderous attack on Nancy Pelosi and several high-profile TV anchors from MSNBC and CNN (https://www.npr.org/2019/02/20/696470366/arrested-coast-guard-officer-planned-mass-terrorist-attack-on-a-scale-rarely-see?utm_source=npr_newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_content=20190221&utm_campaign=news&utm_term=nprnews).

Clearly, Hasson is inspired by one of America’s leading racists, a 238 pound bully who spends most of his days in the White House, tweeting and whining about anybody who disagrees with him.

It’s very unusual for our Loudmouth-in-Chief, Donald Trump, to refrain from saying something about a high-profile court case, but this time, he did (https://www.politico.com/story/2019/02/21/trump-coast-guard-officer-1179749) — as of press time, at least.

Hasson is a domestic terrorist wannabe. Though he is white, he bears some resemblance to the jihadis.

So associate solitary reporter Johanna Jones promptly asked Trump why he hasn’t said anything about the Hasson case.

“Oh, just shut up, Johanna! I’m way too busy with my plan to let Kim Jongun take over South Korea so I can win the Nobel Peace Prize.”
