THE TRUMP ORGANIZATION, 1600 PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE — Associate solitary reporter Johanna Jones reads Politico several times a day, so she was particularly interested in yesterday’s post (updated today) from Josh Dawsey, Ben White, and Eliana Johnson, “Trump unusually silent after aides challenge him: Some close to [Trump], who has seen his approval ratings plummet, say he needs [Secretary of State Rex] Tillerson and [National Economic Council Director Gary] Cohn more than they need him.” (http://www.politico.com/story/2017/08/28/trump-silent-tillerson-cohn-challenge-242119)
The article continues by mentioning that both Tillerson and Cohn have been distancing themselves from Trump after Trump’s heinous response to the recent troubles in Charlottesville, when he praised white supremacists and neo-Nazis who were protesting the planned removal of a statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee.
So Jones, who has unlimited access to 45 and who is never reluctant to pester him, confronted him earlier this morning as he was preparing to visit Texas and get in the way of the relief efforts there, asked him, “Yo Dude! When you gonna fire yourself, since you’re so good at firing others?”
Trump’s closest body man threw Jones head first onto the White House lawn, where the ACLU is ministering to her wounds.
