Trump Demands Impeachment of Judge Robart

THE TRUMP ORGANIZATION, 1600 PENNSYLVANIA AVE NW, WASHINGTON — Immediately after US District Judge James Robart, late today, issued a nationwide injunction against Donald Trump’s executive order banning citizens from seven predominantly Muslim Middle Eastern nations from entering the United States, Trump called House Speaker Paul Ryan and instructed him to file articles of impeachment against Judge Robart. Associate solitary reporter Johanna Jones was with Trump and his Chief Strategist, Steve Bannon, as they made the call.

 

Judge Robart was nominated for the federal district court in Seattle by Bush Two — a fact which made Trump and Bannon even angrier.

 

A spokesman for Ryan told associate solitary reporter Maggie Smith that the Speaker will immediately refer Trump’s demand to the House Judiciary Committee. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Virginia) told Smith that he looks forward with great zest to swift action impeaching Robart.
